The notice below is located throughout our showroom, at the cashier's office and at the top of your receipt because it's TRUE.
We try to be as informative, honest and forthright as possible so you can make decisions based on truth....not hope.
If you are looking to get an update on the status of your Special-Order or Back-Order, please submit the information (left) and we will be happy to update you on the status of your order within 24 hours.
Note: Wayside does NOT force you to wait longer than you want to for your furniture.
You can cancel your special order for a full refund any time before it reaches production. After production, the terms and fees you agreed to on your receipt will apply. Click here to see all Wayside's policies.
If the delays are extreme and you decide to wait for your first choice and need furniture to use, please ask about our FREE loaner program.

Wayside's #1 customer complaint is "It took longer to get my furniture than I thought it would". DELAYS are COMMON and FRUSTRATING! If you need your furniture by a certain date please purchase in stock merchandise or ask about our loaner program.
