I wanted to send a thank you to Wayside. We had bought a dining room table and chair set. The table was broken in September.
I called and Bill from customer service and he was able to get the table replaced. We will continue to buy from Wayside their customer service is excellent and Bill was a great help.

Unlike previous shopping experiences where salespersons tried to sell me furniture, Lisa helped me buy furniture. And I am confident that we will be enjoying our purchase today for many years to come.

I want to compliment wayside furniture on their entire team for providing excellent customer service. I had searched 6 months and within 4 cities for table.
At wayside I was assisted by salesman Michael stricken , he took his time and explained all options to myself and my spouse. We selected item, staff at office was very helpful and efficient.
Delivery by Brandon F and he was very polite, explained re table , delivery. His helper jeff was also polite. Ability to determine delivery time ,track truck and indicate location of our hone was Great.
I look forward to my next purchase at Wayside. See your great staff soon.

My salesman Mark “stuck with me”, and even stayed over a little bit to assist, made me feel like my business was wanted!
He was so patient and nice and HELPFUL! It was my first time here (drove from Brookpark) and I have already referred Mark to my friends and will be looking for something else soon and will seek Mark out for that too.
I felt “disgruntled” at the other stores I shopped at over the last few weeks but Mark and Wayside were the OPPOSITE of what I experienced elsewhere.
I cannot say enough nice things about the store and Mark. I am NOW a “Wayside Customer” and worth the drive!

I want to recognize Jim Sauter for a wonderful experience.
My mother's boyfriend assisted in person by scoping out the appropriate furniture (lift chair) for my mother who is in assisted-living.
I subsequently called and handled the entire transaction over the phone.
Jim was very patient with my cell phone that dropped the call, and my email mishap where he ended up sending me a repeat email due to something wrong on my end... on his day off nonetheless.
I appreciate his dedication and easy transaction.
He is wonderful and is very easy to work with and I wish he worked in a multitude of industries. If I have any other furniture needs, then I will surely go to him and recommend him to others.

I had a great experience with Wayside today. This was our first time shopping and had been to many other store, but Corey McDaniel was the best salesperson.
We could tell he really cared about us and actually knew about the furniture he was selling.
To top it off we enjoyed how helpful and friendly the office personnel were and were very happy with everything and everyone at Wayside.

During delivery they were very helpful explaining things and helped take an old piece of furniture to the curb.

I just wanted to let you know that I made a mattress purchase at your store on Canton Rd last evening.
My salesperson was Michael Oyler. He was very helpful in explaining the differences between the mattress brands and the comfort quality of each.
I explained to him what I could spend and he directed me to the best mattress for my budget. I’ll be receiving it Saturday.
At no time did he try to lead me out of my budget range and did a very good job showing the best value for my money, which I really appreciated.
I will definitely come back to Wayside for any other furniture needs.
I did buy a sectional sofa at that location in June 2015 and still love it! Oh…he was really nice too.

We just received our chair and end table by Justin and Sal (truck 6). This is the second time they have delivered furniture, the first a large sectional 2 months ago. Both times theses 2 men were excellent to deal with.
Very careful with delivery into the house, help with sectional set up and extremely professional.
We definitely would want to them in the future as we now look at dining room sets. Special thanks to them.

We had a Flexsteel sofa and chair delivered on Saturday by Tommy & Brandon F. There was an issue with 2 of the sofa seating backs.
Brandon returned later Sat. eve. with the replacement backs for the sofa and installed them.
We just want you to know that both men were very professional, courteous and attentive to our concerns.
We never expected Brandon to return the same day to resolve our issue. We wanted you to know how impressed we were with your customer service.

We would like to thank Randy Beorn from Wayside furniture for his great help and recommendations throughout the sofa buying experience.
He is very professional, concerned about customer's requirements, patient, and comes up with good options. He took care of canceling our previous order even after we bought it, as we found that the sofa measurements were not suitable to our living room after we came home and checked.
We rescheduled a visit and Randy arrived before his shift's time to accommodate our time and helped us with changing the order.

Lisa Lavy is an excellent designer and sales associate. Her people skills are outstanding. I had been shopping for a mattress over a period of several months and had not found anyone anywhere that made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as she did.
She took all the anxiety of buying such an important purchase away with her easygoing yet confident manner. She answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough in explaining all of the various choices. I have every confidence that she helped me to make the right choice for my mattress.

I wanted to commend Susie in customer service on Magadore Industrial Pkwy. We bought a Smith Brothers sectional in January and noticed that the throw pillows were severely under-stuffed.
Susie checked with the manufacturer and they told her there was nothing they could do since the stuffing is determined by a machine using weight as a measurement.
Susie relayed this message to me, but realizing that I wasn't satisfied, she took action and had me bring all 8 pillows to the warehouse so her team could make them right.
Even though she said it might take a week, within 1 day she called to tell me the pillows were ready. She was working late during our drop-off visit (something I get the feeling she does often) so my wife and I did get to meet her.
She spent extra time with us to talk about the pillows and even brought up another repair person to show us how to properly fluff our back cushions. I don't remember his name, but I am grateful to him as well.
We now have 8 huge fluffy throw pillows that and we couldn't be happier. After our visit, my wife said several times how nice Susie is and she can tell it just comes natural to her to be that way. Thanks again Susie!

I was writing because I wanted to recognize Jacob Brant for his wonderful professionalism and knowledge that he provided to my fiancee Jo and myself when we came in to buy furniture last weekend. Although this was the a complex process, Jacob was very patient with us and assisted us for over 90 minutes. He even provided me his private cel phone number when we were leaving in case we had any questions.
Top notch service to say the least. This was our first visit to Wayside and we wanted to acknowledge it will not be our last. We look forward to doing business with Jacob and Wayside in the future.

I had a few couches and a chair delievered. The delivery guys were great. One couch didn't fit and I had them leave it where it was. Kenny Pelfry offered to come back anytime (on his own time) and help me with it.
I removed part of the wall and he came over on his time off and helped me move it in. His supervisor is Rob in the warehouse so i hope he reads this. Kenny went above and beyond for you guys. Great Guy! Thanks again.

Dave and I recently came in and worked with you to purchase a sofa and an office unit. We want to thank you for your assistance and information that steered us towards our purchase.
We are very satisfied with our choices. I also want to complement the delivery services. The drivers on truck 8 were prompt, friendly, and took time to protect our doorway and flooring before moving in the heavy furniture.
They were efficient and careful in placing the furniture, packing materials were removed, and they gave us time to check everything out. They were in and out of our house in about 35 minutes.
This is the most careful and courteous delivery we have experienced. We would like you to pass this on to the delivery men.

We received a partial furniture delivery on January 11th then items that were backordered arrived today (February 1st).
Everything was exactly as we expected. What really put your company over the top was the delivery. We can't say enough nice things about the gentlemen who made the deliveries.

Thank you to the Mother of Kindra C. for calling and praising Jim Newell up and down.
Mother said this was her daughter’s first purchase for her new home.
She was a little skeptical, but Jim took time and explained everything to them making the purchase great.

They said you couldn't ask for a better sales person.
He never rushes them to make a decision and always gives them knowledge, information and always sends them a thank you card to show his appreciation.

She had a very bad experience with another delivery company and was a little leery on getting a delivery.

Just wanted to pass along that Jim Sauter has received great compliments from customers.
He brought up three orders totaling over $4000. The customers were very impressed by him.
Never would have thought it was his first day. They've been looking for merchandise that speaks to them for the last two years.
They live in Mentor and have been to every store around. So they know what they're talking about in regards to sales people!
They've encountered more than a few. We gained new customers thanks to Jim and his great service not bad for the first sale on the first day!!!
