Service Information
Wayside Furniture & Mattress is the leading retailer of quality furniture at everyday low prices in Northeast Ohio. Our local warehouse, just minutes away from the showroom, offers white-glove delivery and free product pickup. It also features our Customer Service Department, who assists customers with furniture repairs, parts, and warranty services.
Pick Up Information
Wayside Furniture & Mattress does not include a “delivery fee” for every piece of furniture we sell. Picking up your furniture may save money, or it may simply be more convenient than making delivery arrangements. Things to keep in mind when picking up your furniture.
Furniture may be picked up at our warehouse Monday-Saturday from 8:30AM to 6:00PM and Sunday from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. PLEASE inspect the furniture before leaving.
You are responsible for transportation to and from our warehouse for issues related to damage, missing parts, assembly, or warranty work.
There is NO free in-home service on merchandise that has been picked up.

Our warehouse is spread out over four acres. Please allow a minimum of 20 minutes to pick up your furniture. (Calling ahead may save time).
We will kindly help load your purchase but cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred after leaving our premises. Please bring your own blankets and rope.
Furniture picked up at the warehouse may require assembly.
Many pieces are not in cartons, and items may require repairs and/or touch-ups. Wayside Furniture & Mattress WILL NOT open several boxes “hoping” to find a “better one”. In most cases, our professional craftsmen can address issues better than the factory, but it can take time and be frustrating.
